AI is woven into how I research, prototype, and build. I bring the context, technical judgment, and review that turn its output into something useful.

I stay involved throughout the process. The tools help me explore more and iterate faster; the decisions and responsibility stay with me.

    Define the right problem.

    I set the goals, constraints, and technical direction. Clear intent gives the tools something useful to work toward.

  2. AI exploration

    Explore more possibilities.

    I use AI to support research, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into prototypes. I decide which approaches are worth pursuing.

  3. Build together

    Implement, test, refine.

    AI and agents help with implementation and iteration. I review the changes, connect the systems, and check how the software actually behaves.

  4. Human review

    Take responsibility for the result.

    I review the code, test the experience, and make the release decision. Feedback goes back into the next iteration.

03 /A little about me

A builder by nature.
Curious by default.

I'm Dominic, a full-stack engineer based in Seattle. I like turning complex ideas into software that feels simple. AI is part of how I work every day, from exploring a problem to building and refining the solution.

These days, I run IMMACULATE, a Shopify development agency, and I'm building perkz, a loyalty app for merchants. I'm just as interested in the details of an interface as the systems that make it possible.

The human part matters throughout: asking the right questions, making architecture decisions, checking the details, and knowing when to rethink an approach. I use AI to expand what I can do, and stay accountable for the result.
